I have been hearing a lot about these small houses, and I they actually look interesting. How do they do the flooring so that it is stable? I think the only thing I couldn't do is always use public restrooms.

Sarah,

Jay's Epu, which we recently sold, has the same flooring that Jay originally installed and it still looked great. If you put quality flooring in the house, it will last exactly as long as it would in a traditional home. Longer, if you take care of it.

Lilia brings up a really good point. The flooring is bound to get really old and worn after awhile, so how difficult is it to replace it? I know you guys don't check this any more, but can anyone else answer my question?

I bet it's almost time to redo the <a href="http://www.foremostinteriors.com/" rel="nofollow">carpet</a> inside that tiny house.
