I'm looking at buying a small plot of land in a town nearby, in an older residential section - where the smaller size and wonderful designs of these homes would fit nicely. Since it's less than half an acre of land, with required set-backs on all sides, your small home designs would work perfectly for me and my cat. My VA Home Loan Guarantee isn't very large, so my budget for land and home is very tight - another need your home designs fit. Right now, the energy efficiency ratings on your home designs might also qualify for a minor tax break... Making them even more attractive. But will they qualify for the VA Home Loan? Thanks! Hello!

Our current models had been a result of continuous revision and adjustments, not just from Jay but also from the people he worked with to develop the plan.
