I would love to have this little house in a subdivison! To live in a community with people who feel as I do, that less is better,is my dream. I hope that soon they will pop up on the west coast and the east coast! Developers out there, are u listening!

Hello!
Does anyone know if these small homes are VA Home Loan compatible? I'm looking at buying a small plot of land in a town nearby, in an older residential section - where the smaller size and wonderful designs of these homes would fit nicely. Since it's less than half an acre of land, with required set-backs on all sides, your small home designs would work perfectly for me and my cat. My VA Home Loan Guarantee isn't very large, so my budget for land and home is very tight - another need your home designs fit. Right now, the energy efficiency ratings on your home designs might also qualify for a minor tax break... Making them even more attractive.

But will they qualify for the VA Home Loan?
Thanks!

Possibility is relative. Regarding the changing of the house's floor plan, yes it is possible but would take time. Our current models had been a result of continuous revision and adjustments, not just from Jay but also from the people he worked with to develop the plan.

If you are more interested with houses on wheels, you can take a look at our tiny homes, i'm sure there would be something suitable for you!;>

Is it possible to downsize the first floor floorplan of the Harbinger or Whidbey and put it on wheels? I love the front bedroom, with all the windows around it, and the kitchen in the back (not as part of the main living area. Can it be done?
