+BioBased Spray Foam+

Definitely something to keep in mind.
Certainly on the more expensive side.
But for Intense Canadian winters, It's a valuable asset to splurge on.

True, Jay claims to be a "sucker for beauty." and it is reflected in these works of art.

Quality, Not Quantity. And It's a beautiful thing.

Hahaha! That's so... Oxymoronic (I apologize for creating new words). An XS next to a Hummer... Your car would be bigger than your house. :D

I ran a nonprofit called Light Street Housing - Our motto was "Homelessness to Homeownership" and our formally homeless men and women would work alongside volunteers rehabbing a gutted row-house to become their own. Problem is its still very labor intensive and expensive (costs were $60,000 in material and labor plus the vacant home of about another $50,000). What are your thoughts in creating a village in an urban area with Tiny Homes that are off the grid? We have an urban vacant lot farms program about to happen here (Baltimore) too. Imagine, living in a Tiny Home and working the fields in sight of the skyscrapers downtown....
