Plan Purchase Agreement ----------------------- All of the plans and/or designs are copyright of Tumbleweed Tiny House Company. Your purchase of plans is non-refundable. A full set of plans must be purchased for each structure built. The construction of any design from Tumbleweed Tiny House Company without a purchased set of plans for that particular project is a violation of federal copyright law. Plans must be for personal use. If you'd like to purchase a set of plans for speculative use, please contact us regarding licensing information. Plans are sold as is with no warrantees expressed or implied. This set of plans not been checked for compliance with the particular codes or conditions in your area. You should consult your local building officials before installing any new structure. Structures of 120sf and smaller generally qualify as portable, they typically do not have to comply with conventional building regulations, however we recommend you check with local building codes. The cost to build may very greatly from the suggested building cost. By purchasing this set of plans, you understand that the suggested building cost is just an estimate, and Tumbleweed Tiny House Company will be in no way responsible for any of your costs incurred. These plans are not for a "kit house". The plans include front, side and rear elevations; transverse section, floor plans, electric plans, and a limited finish materials list. We recommend that a licensed contractor builds the structure from these plans. If you choose to build the structure yourself, you understand that this is not a "kit house", and general construction knowledge will be necessary, including (but not limited to) roofing, electrical, plumbing and framing. Included with the purchase of the set of plans are: 3 hours of consultation with a Tumbleweed Tiny House Company representative and the right to build one structure for personal use. Decline
