The Box Bungalows available for purchase are: Gifford, Beavan, Anderjack, Zinn, Stamper, and the Weller

Lead Time

Our current lead time to deliver a Box Bungalow is approximately 1-2 months.

Shipping

Currently the Box Bungalows are built in New York, and we are shipping them to the following states:
NY, VT, NH, MA, RI, PN, NJ - $700 for delivery
MN, OH, WV, VA, DE, DC - $1200 for delivery

We will be adding new construction facilities around the country in the near future and begin delivering to other states.

Payment

Payment is 70% upfront, and 30% upon completion. Initial payment can be made by credit card or cashier's check.
