Books

If you are unhappy with books you’ve ordered from Tumbleweed, please return the books within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund the payment in full; no questions asked. Inform us via email that you are returning the book(s) so that we may keep a lookout for them. For a prompt refund, please send books back to:

If you’ve purchased a Small House Book or a DIY book as a .pdf, please note that we do not offer refunds once the book is downloaded.

Plans can not be returned.

Workshops

Workshop tickets can be canceled with 48 hour notice.

Houses

Unfortunately, houses can not be returned. We understand that people have changes in jobs, cities, or family tragedies that can not be anticipated. In the event that you no longer wish to keep you house, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you in promoting your Tumbleweed House for sale through the use of our website and eNewsletter.
