Investment for quality is what we pursue here in Tumbleweed. You are not the first one to respond this way since looking at the price can truly take you off guard ;>.

Yet looking closer, we always give choices. We offer plans, book and workshop for people to have knowledge in building tiny houses. This way, they can create with their own design as well as the materials they can get. Jay shares what he knows, but we don't compromise the superior element of our houses for less $.

Our Resources page also features links to other manufacturer that you might find interesting.

I do think the prices are absolutely outrageous, although I understand cost of materials and such, but still, it's way too unaffordable and I thought that was one of the main reasons for considering a Tiny Home?! It's very discouraging indeed, especially when one is looking for a better way of life, more economical, simple living... this much money is NOT simple, not for me, probably not for a lot of folks! Is this just some sort of novelty or something? I thought it was supposed to be something that could really be more readily and easily attainable. Cute but very disheartening to make a "reality" of life.
