All Tumbleweed DIY Tiny House Building Plans sales are purchased as an immediate Digital Download and are thus not available for return or refund. If you did not receive the email with download instructions or could not download the plans, please email us at [email protected] .

Tumbleweed Trailer and Tiny House Shells sales are final. Once payment is made, Tumbleweed Trailers and Tiny House Shells can not be exchanged, cancelled, returned, or refunded. Each one is custom made and the materials are ordered once the payment is received. It may be possible to alter the product after it has been ordered depending on the level of alterations and the work already done (additional charges may apply).
