You can get Calls to Make and Send Text Blasts directly from Pipedrive.

Instructions:

  1. Go to Activities in Pipedrive.
  2. You will see an activity called “Get More Calls” and another “Send a Text Blast”. By marking either as “Done” it will trigger the program to take action.
  3. Still don’t see them, click “Setup Pipedrive Activities Screen” on this page directly above you.

Note: If you have a consult in the past that wasn’t logged properly you will not be able to get more calls or send a text blast until that is resolved. You will receive an eMail notification informing you which consults still need to be resolved.

  1. Make sure you have the correct activities showing. Those are: Call , Consult, Walk In, and To Do (shown in blue)
  2. The list view should be “To-Do”
  3. Select the Column setup by clicking the little settings wheel under Select Period.
  4. Choose the columns to include as shown below.
  5. Put them in that order by dragging them back and forth as needed so they look like the image below. You can also adjust the column sizes to your needs.
  6. Click on “Due date” so that the arrow is pointing up (as shown above)
  7. In the top right make sure Pipedrive is showing your activities </li
  1. In Textline  set your filters to “Unresolved” and “Longest Wait”. This will allow you to focus on leads that are texting  you back. Be sure to resolve conversations once complete to remove them from your view.
  2. To start a text conversation with someone when you are in Pipedrive, just right click on their phone number and choose “Open Link in a new tab”
