Tumbleweed Tiny House Factory

Tumbleweed Tiny House RVs are built in our Colorado Springs Tiny House Factory –a quality-controlled environment where consistency, stringent regulations, and the highest standards are the norm. With unwavering dedication to craftsmanship, Tumbleweeds are well built and built to last. And, perhaps most importantly, every person involved in the construction process is focused on building quality into every Tumbleweed they help create.

RVIA Certified Manufacturer

rvia-logoNot having the RVIA certification can limit your financing, insurance, DMV registration and future parking options.

Tumbleweed is one of the few RVIA certified Tiny House RV builders in the country. If you purchase a fully built tiny house from Tumbleweed, it will be RVIA certified.

If you build your own Tiny House RV it will not be RVIA certified unless you use a certification service. Tumbleweed has a special arrangement with the two best certifiers in the US for Tumbleweed-based tiny house RVs.

Certified Green RV Manufacturer

certified-green-badgeTumbleweed’s Quality System has been independently evaluated by TRA Certification, Inc. and found capable of producing Green Recreational Vehicles. The evaluation of Tumbleweed’s quality system, production process, material usage, recycling and environmental practices have earned this distinction.

Hello, We were planning on attending the tiny house jamboree 8/4-8/6, I see that it has been cancelled.

We had booked our tickets to come to Colorado for the jamboree and wanted to see if lieu of that if we can tour your factory instead on 8/5?

Please let me know at your earliest convenience as we are trying to make alternate plans.

    Thank you, Angela

As a veteran, will the a VA home loan be authorized to assist in purchasing one?
According to the rules, a mobile home may be purchased, but not an RV.
My intention is to make the tiny I will buy, be a permanent home.
    Thank you

    Hello –

My fiancé recently visited Colorado Springs and stayed in a tiny home and fell in love with both the city and the concept of living in a tiny home. I am not sure if you can answer this or maybe direct me as to where I can get further assistance but how would we go about making his dream possible? Of course we would need land to put the home on but from what I am reading there are zoning laws? How would we go about finding out the specifications we would need to reach to make this viable. Or is there somewhere we can reach out to locals with extra land that we can rent so we have an address for our home?

are you still in business in Colorado Springs? are you still monitoring this website because there are questions that have been posted that haven’t been answered? I’d like a tour on either July 27 or 28th. can this be done? Where are tiny houses welcome in Colorado Springs?

I have been reading online about tiny homes, but there doesn’t seem to be any where in Colorado Springs to put them either buying or leasing land.
We were looking for a 1/2 bedroom. 1 bath used tiny home with full size appliances.

    Thank You,
